Book Signing with Aurilla Woodburn

Aurilla Woodburn is an author, gardener, and early childhood teacher. She believes reading opens the door to a larger world and that music, movement, and being outdoors enhances the love of reading. Samara and the Tricky Breeze is her first published children’s book, inspired by her granddaughter who is now just beginning to read! She also writes poetry for adults.

Aurilla is a Colorado native and grew up near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains where she spent many childhood summers diffing forts, climbing trees, and swinging on a rope across a ditch filled with crawdads and the occasional turtle or frog.

Samara and Tricky Breeze and Samara and the Rumbly Rainy Night are the first two books in a growing series of books for children.
