Alan has been playing guitar and writing songs since the age of 12. Playing music in the great tradition of the singer songwriters of the 70’s (John Denver, James Taylor, Jim Croce, and Dan Fogelberg).
Alan Vail recaptures the golden ear of music with great melodies and vocals as crisp and clear as mountain stream. With original music that shows a great appreciation of the beauty found in nature, Alan Vail has been called, “The John Denver of South Carolina”.
