DESCRIPTION:Dive Bar Diva is five friends who like making Blues\, R&B and Funk inflected music that surprises and makes people want to dance. \nOn keys is Brian “The Professor” Bucenic who’s background includes jazz studies\, funk and straight up rock and roll.  Brian is always up for a jam\, unless he’s golfing. \nOn guitar is Edwin Jeffries.  Edwin has been a fixture in the Denver club scene for 30-plus years.  He’s shared the stage with luminaries such as Tab Benoit and just loves that old-school Chicago Blues. \nOn bass is Warren Rubin\, who by his own admission\, just likes being seen with good musicians. \nDrums and Vocals are anchored by Trent and Julie Mannina\, respectively.  Trent and Julie met in local rock band Clusterfunk. Since then\, they’ve performed in a number of local bands with Trent anchoring the back line and Julie always engaging the audience with her wit and powerful and soulful vocals.

DESCRIPTION:The La Dolce Vita Blues Jam\, held on the second and Forth Fridays of each month from 7:00 – 10:00 PM\, is an opportunity for local blues players to gather to share music\, good times and of course\, great coffee and food. The jam is hosted by local band “Dive Bar Diva” and provides a complete back and front line including drums\, keyboards and even guitar amplifiers!\nBring your chops\, guitar\, bass\, sticks\, harp\, sax\, a mic (if you have it) and anything else you can use to play the blues. Meet old friends\, make new friends and make some music!

From Laurel Canyon to Paris to the Canyons of Colorado and countless points between\, Georgann has honed her art and become a prism which in the words of another canyon denizen\, “bends the light in colors that no one knows the names of.” \nEducator and pianist Ron Jolly’s is one of the most in-demand pianists on the Denver scene. In a career that spans more than forty years\, Ron has performed with James Taylor\, David Crosby\, Rosanne Cash\, David Sanborn\, Eddie Harris and Eddie “Cleanhead” Vinson and a host of others \nIf you’re a fan of jazz and blues\, the chances are very good that you’ve heard Mark’s work. He’s recorded with such luminaries as James Van Buren and Richie Cole\, Keith Oxman and Mary Ann Moore.
