DESCRIPTION:Bakin Bits is an indie pop-n-rock band based out of Denver and Boulder\, CO\, featuring Andrew Baker on vocals and guitar with Joel Shumake on drums. Started in April 2022 as a solo project under Baker\, the project grew to include Shumake in January 2024. They bring a high energy to all of their shows with their playstyle and original tunes\, showcasing a love of the indie genre and emulating the high energy aura of the bands that influence their style of sound. DESCRIPTION:Be Be\, a Colorado song writer / musician\, performs at the Arvada coffee shop La Dolche Vita on the 4th Sunday of each month. Whereas\, she used to play the Banjo with Moses Walker in this time slot\, she now gets to play guitar and sing a myriad of songs she’s written over the past several decades. “I get to play my favorite songs from 10 am till 1 pm\, and when that time is up I still haven’t played all the songs I’ve written.” \nIf you were to take the following songwriters and blend them all together you would get to hear the type of music that Be writes. James Taylor\, Joni Mitchell\, Justin Hayward\, Dolly Parton\, Paul McCartney\, Jessie Colin Young\, Neil Young\, Gordon Lightfoot and many more. These are songs that never have been produced and are for a future generation. \nPeriodically Be also integrates her sets with recordings of Moses and plays Banjo in memory of him. Although an accomplished musician she is also the author of\, The Be Attitudes\, A Woman’s View of The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran and her latest book called The Great Urantia Agreement which highlights an important quote from the URANTIA Book. \nBe\, a Vietnam Navy Veteran is also a Doctor of Divinity is and an ordained minister through the Church of the Universal Light. She has read the URANTIA Book page by page and cover to cover 10 times and if you know anything about the URANTIA Book you’ll know that is quite an amazing feat. \nBe Be is the inventor and manufacturer of the Suspendulum®\, an Aerial Dance Tripod which affords aerial dancers all over the world to perform their silk dancing while hanging from the Suspendulum®. The rig is in over 22 countries. \nPlease come out to enjoy some very beautiful and meaningful songs as well as musical poetry which stimulate the imagination.
